By purchasing through our platform, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- All tags, labels, and packaging should be sent back exactly as received.
- Products that have been worn, laundered, or altered in any manner are not eligible for returns.
- Return requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
- Items not meeting these criteria will not qualify for return.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Submit a Request
- Email your return request along with the Order ID and reason for return to calyrospathtech@gmail.com.
Step 2: Provide Supporting Images
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, include clear photos showing the issue to speed up processing.
Step 3: Follow Return Instructions
- After approval, we will send you detailed instructions on how to complete the return.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t comply with these guidelines.
Refund Process & Timing
- Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- You will be informed if your refund is approved or declined.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund transaction is complete.
Partial Refunds
In cases where the returned item partially meets return conditions - such as minor damages or missing packaging - we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
